Warrens can cater from anything between 2 and 100 delegates in our Restaurant or Lounge Bar, which offers free wifi. Both rooms offer floods of natural light and have the flexibility of having break out areas.

Our tranquil and spacious surroundings offer ample free parking and plenty of space, yet are within 5 minutes of Junction 20 of the M5 giving excellent access to the north, south west and the M4 corridor. Bristol City Centre is only a 20 minute drive away, and Yatton Station is within a 5 minute drive, with direct trains to Bristol, Taunton and Cardiff, and connections from Bristol all over the country.

Our experienced Conference & Events Co-ordinator will tailor your event to suit your every requirement and we are able to offer individual rates as well as day delegate and 24 hour delegate deals.

We can offer breakfast meetings with hot coffee and bacon rolls for 2, up to large conferences, presenations and tradeshows with sit down or buffet lunches - you tell us what you need and we will do our best to provide it!

We offer a range of Buffet Options, and cater for vegetarians, vegans and those with any special dietary requirements if you would be kind enough to inform us of these in advance. Please know that these buffets are just a guideline of what we can offer, but should you wish to create your own, then please make an appointment to discuss your requirements with our Chef who will be happy to assist you:

Breakfast Meeting

Warren's Finger Buffet

A selection of freshly made sandwiches, sausage rolls, savoury eggs and slices of sweet fresh Madeira cake served with tea and freshly brewed coffee......... £6.95 per head

Bronze Buffet

Selection of freshly cut sandwiches, cheese and onion rolls, mini pork pies, mini quiche selection, mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, coleslaw, potato salad with fresh chives, fresh fruit basket......... £8.25 per head

Silver Buffet

Selection of freshly cut sandwiches, crolines, sausage rolls, curried rice, spiced tomato pasta, mini quiche selection, gala pie, pineapple coleslaw, potato salad with fresh chives, mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, fresh fruit basket.........
£10.95 per head

 

Gold Buffet

Smoked salmon canapes, selection of freshly cut sandwiches, chicken drumsticks, coleslaw, freshly sliced ham, freshly sliced beef, wedges of French bread, cherry tomatoes, garden salad, spiced tomato pasta, savoury eggs, fresh fruit basket......... £12.95 per head

Platinum Buffet

Mini smoked salmon bagels, freshly sliced cooked meat selection, wedges of French bread, mixed leaf salad, cherry tomatoes, garden salad, pasta salad, selection of pickles, new potatoes, coleslaw, crolines, sausage rolls, cheese and tomato rolls, fresh fruit basket, selection of mini pastries......... £14.95 per head

Team building - why not try fishing? We have a superbly stocked lake only available to customers of Warren's Village!

Want to stay the night? We have accommodation ideal for the corporate guest in one of our comfortable en-suite double-bedded lodges with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and fridge.
